Information you provide
Your browser keeps your sign-in session so you can stay signed in. The optional Remember my email setting stores only your email address on that device; you can turn it off on the sign-in form. Passwords are handled by the authentication service. Any saved-password autofill is managed by your browser or password manager.
We collect contact details and player information submitted through the contact form or self-service signup. Signup uses your name, email, account password, chosen plan and player details to create and verify your account before checkout. Payment card details are entered in Stripe. Private member accounts may contain player profiles, training plans, coaching messages, check-ins and uploaded swing videos. An adult player or an authorized parent or guardian manages the account. Please do not submit medical information or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for coaching.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide and manage coaching, secure accounts, manage membership access and billing, and deliver service notifications. Creating an account or requesting a guide alone does not sign you up for future email updates. Only a separate optional opt-in gives permission for updates. If you request the free TM Hitter Identity Workbook, we use your email to deliver its download link. The request does not start a membership. If you separately choose future TM Hitting emails, we save your email, the consent wording, and when you agreed. You can unsubscribe through the link in your email or contact Tristan. We keep a record of that choice so opted-out addresses are excluded from future mailing-list exports.
Service providers and private access
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website; Supabase stores account and coaching records and private files; Resend delivers email; Stripe processes membership billing; and Twilio verifies mobile numbers and delivers optional texts when enabled. Providers process information needed for their services. Private coaching records are available to the relevant family and authorized coaching staff through the portal. Swing videos and private plans are not published on the public website.
Encrypted copies of private files are kept separately for recovery. The recovery key is not included in the offsite backup.
SMS privacy
Optional TM Hitting texts use your own mobile number, selected time zone, consent and verification records, and delivery and opt-out records. These support verification, service alerts, quiet hours and your notification choices. Private coaching discussions, player names, private files and sign-in tokens are not included in alert texts.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
You can turn off texts or remove your saved number in the portal, or reply STOP to unsubscribe. Limited consent, opt-out and delivery records may be retained for safety and compliance. Read the SMS Terms.
Contact and deletion requests
Contact tmcalister.baseball@gmail.com to ask about your information, request corrections or request deletion. Information needed for billing, security, consent records or other applicable obligations may need to be retained. Removing a saved phone number does not cancel a coaching membership.
